This role will be based at our Oakham Branch on a full time basis, working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, plus regular Saturday mornings.
This position involves face-to-face interaction with customers, advising them about Society products and services, processing transactions and other general administrative tasks within the Branch. The successful candidate must have a desire to deliver an excellent customer experience and have good communication skills.
A minimum of five GCSE’s (or equivalent) grades A-C including Maths and English Language, strong communication skills and a desire to provide a high level of customer service are required.
