We are looking for an outgoing and flexible individual to join our Oakham Branch as a Customer Advisor. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this part time role will be for a minimum of 12 hours per week, worked over 3 days. There will also be the requirement to work regular Saturday mornings and additional hours on an ad-hoc basis, as required.
This role involves face-to-face interaction with customers, advising them about Society products and services, processing transactions and other general administrative tasks within the Branch. Previous experience within a customer service role would be beneficial however is not essential, as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate must have basic computer skills and be an effective communicator. A minimum of five GCSE’s (or equivalent) grades A-C including Maths and English Language are required and the individual must be able to demonstrate experience in delivering excellent customer service.
