New Partnership with Leicestershire County Cricket Club Academy
The Society is proud to be an Official Partner of Leicestershire County Cricket Club’s Academy for 2021.
The Leicestershire CCC Academy has been established for a number of years and has provided a pathway for young talent to break through into the first team squad. The teams within the Academy range from Under 11s to Under 18s and will all represent Leicestershire CCC as Academy players. For players who show the potential of becoming a professional cricketer in the future, the Leicestershire Academy Management Team may offer players the opportunity to become Academy Scholars.

As an Official Partner of the Academy we hope to engage with our young members to inspire them to get involved with the excitement of watching and playing cricket.”
The Melton is also sponsoring the Club’s Family Stand. “We are delighted to partner with the Melton Building Society,” said Leicestershire CCC Chief Executive Sean Jarvis. “They will be directly giving back to families and children in the local area through sponsoring our Academy and the Family Stand. We’re excited to fully begin this partnership and to work with their teams throughout the season
