Easter Competition Terms and Conditions (Melton Mowbray branch)
- These terms and conditions are also published on our website, www.themelton.co.uk and are available in our Melton Mowbray branch.
- This competition is organised and run by Melton Building Society, Registered office: Mutual House, Leicester Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 0DB.
- The competition will run from Monday 23rd March until Wednesday 8th April in Melton Mowbray branch.
- To enter, participants must attempt to guess the name of the cow.
- The participant who guesses the name of the cow correctly will be the winner.
- If multiple participants guess the name correctly, those participants will be entered into a prize draw to decide the eventual winner. The draw will take place on Thursday 9th April.
- The winner will receive a toy cow.
- No cash alternative or alternative prize will be offered.
- Entry is a suggested donation of £1 and must be made in person at the Melton Mowbray branch.
- All proceeds raised will be going to LOROS.
- Each individual is allowed one entry only. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
- To be eligible for this prize competition, you must be resident in the UK.
- Employees of Melton Building Society are not eligible to enter.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry. The winner will be contacted on Thursday 9th April.
- If we are unable to contact the winner by 5pm Friday 17th April, Melton Building Society reserves the right to contact another participant and select them as the winner.
- Contact details will be collected solely for the purpose of notifying the winner and verifying eligibility. Contact details will not be retained.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with Melton Building Society’s Privacy Notice and will not be used for marketing purposes unless explicit consent is given.
- Melton Building Society reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to cancel or amend the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.
- The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
