We are looking for a well organised individual to join our Group Administration team as a Customer Service Assistant. Reporting to the Savings Administration Supervisor, this role will be based at our Principal Office in Melton Mowbray on a full time basis, Monday to Friday, and there will be a requirement to work regular Saturday mornings.
This role involves a variety of savings administrative duties as well as dealing with telephone and postal enquiries from customers. Previous experience within a customer service role would be beneficial however is not essential, as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate must have basic computer skills and be an effective communicator. A minimum of five GCSE’s (or equivalent) grades A-C including Maths and English Language are required and the individual must be able to demonstrate experience in delivering excellent customer service.
