(15 – 20 hours per week)
We are looking for a part time assistant to work alongside our Facilities Manager to help oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Society’s premises located in Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Oakham.
The role is based at the Principal Office in Melton Mowbray and involves various general duties, including carrying out basic maintenance and repair works, some manual tasks, arrangement and oversight of contractors, replenishing stationery and other supplies at the Principal Office and deliveries to Branch Offices as required.
The successful candidate will need to hold a full Driving Licence and have the ability to undertake some manual lifting duties. Some computer skills would be an advantage, although not essential. There is a requirement for flexibility in working hours, including provision of holiday cover and occasional weekend working.
