Finance Assistant – Melton Mowbray

Full Time, Permanent

About the role

We are looking for a well organised and motivated individual to support the running of the finance department. Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customer transactions are executed accurately and transaction queries resolved on a timely basis. The position is based in our head office in Melton Mowbray.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Daily bank and cash tracking and transactions processing including resolution of queries
  • Customer transactions processing and reconciliations
  • Finance support to the branches and customer services

About You

  • Previous experience working in a finance department
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Well organised and able to use own initiative
  • Ability to maintain and follow procedures
