I.T. Technician – Melton Mowbray

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated IT professional looking to develop and broaden their experience. You will be play a key role as part of a small team providing IT support to our business teams in head office and our branch network. The position is based in our Melton Mowbray head office.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • First line contact for our IT support helpdesk queries
  • Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly administrative checks
  • Day to day database management support
  • Maintaining inventories of IT equipment
  • Involvement in a wide variety of IT projects and activities as required
  • User account management and administration
  • Assisting with IT Audits

About You

  • Some practical experience in an IT support role
  • Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Disciplined, self-organised and motivated to learn and improve
  • Proactive, enthusiastic with good attention to detail
  • Full driving license
