Prize Draw Competition – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are also published on our website, www.themelton.co.uk and are available in our Stamford branch.
This prize draw competition is organised and run by Melton Building Society, Registered office: Mutual House, Leicester Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 0DB.
The prize draw competition will run from Monday 10th August until Saturday 5th September in Stamford branch.
To enter, participants must indicate to a colleague that they’d like to put their name in the prize draw.
The participant whose name gets drawn at random will be the winner.
The prize draw will take place on Monday 7th September.
The winner will receive a voucher for Sparkling Afternoon Tea for Two at The Orangery, Burghley House (total prize value of £62.00).
No cash alternative or alternative prize will be offered.
Each individual is allowed one entry only. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
To be eligible for this prize draw competition, you must be resident in the UK.
Colleagues of Melton Building Society are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry. The winner will be contacted on Monday 7th September.
If we are unable to contact the winner by 5pm Friday 18th September, Melton Building Society reserves the right to contact another participant and select them as the winner.
Contact details will be collected solely for the purpose of notifying the winner and verifying eligibility. Contact details will not be retained.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Melton Building Society’s Privacy Notice and will not be used for marketing purposes unless explicit consent is given.
Melton Building Society reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to cancel or amend the prize draw competition at any stage if deemed necessary.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
