Confirm your contact details

We aim to keep our customer records as up to date as possible but sometimes despite our best efforts we lose touch, often because the details we hold for you have changed, as a result we will be unable to reach you and our mail may not be received.

It’s important that we keep our records up to date so we can send you important information about your accounts and services, including statements, regulatory communications and other important updates.

Who are LexisNexis?

Should we lose contact, we work with LexisNexis Risk Solutions to help us find and make contact with you again.

Once LexisNexis finds you, they will write to you asking you to confirm some personal details, it’s important to note that they’ll never ask for your banking and savings account details. Letters received from LexisNexis will be sent at the request and on behalf of Melton Building Society.

If you have concerns about anything you’ve received, please visit our Contact Us section to find out how to get in touch by phone, online or by post.
