To request a redemption statement for your mutual client we require the request in writing, on letter headed paper if possible, with an exact date to calculate to. Alternatively you can use the LMS Portal.
We require the authority from one or both of the mortgage account holders. This can be sent as a signed document showing they authorise you to act on their behalf or they can verbally call to give authority on 01664 414141, option 2, option 1.
We require 3-5 working days turnaround time for a redemption statement figure, and only the first one per calendar year is free of charge. They are valid for the entire month they are produced in with a daily rate attached. Further statements can be produced at a charge to the client.
