Dealing with the financial affairs of a loved one you have recently lost is never easy. We are here to help and support you every step of the way during this difficult time. Once you’re ready to let us know, we’ll make the process of closing their accounts as smooth as possible.

 

What you need to do

When a Melton account holder dies, please contact us to let us know their name so we can register their death on our system. Our Customer Service teams will do all they can to help you during this difficult time and make the process as hassle-free as possible.
