Community Support from The Melton Building Society

Wildlife Fund

Thirteen local local primary schools have received grants from the Melton’s special Wildlife Fund to provide opportunities for children to learn outside and broaden their knowledge and understanding of the natural world. The programme was delivered in Spring 2018 by the Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust.

The Melton is working with the Leicestershire & Rutland Wildlife Trust to raise funds to protect wildlife and encourage enjoyment of the natural world. Supporting wildlife and the Trust ties in with the Society’s community ethos and its commitment to supporting financial education.
